The following is a sample file layout for the EQDCONV.EXE Version 4.2 program.
Note: EQDCONV Versions 4.1 and below use the same file layout as version 4.2 with the following exceptions. Field 15 contained only the FAX number in version 4.1 and below. Transaction type "E," was not available in versions 4.1 and below. Phone transactions were previously recorded in the program EQPCONV, which has a different file layout.

File Type: Variable Length (comma-delimited)
Note: If TRANSACT.EQD file is created using communications software, then an
ID record beginning with a quote character (i.e. "HAL_) is the first record
placed in the file instead of the normal date record that begins with a "#".
Note: Transaction dates appear on a single line by themselves with the
following format:
#DD-MMM-YY (example: #03-APR-96)
