Tabs3 General Ledger custom Report Writer is a Windows program that interfaces with Tabs3 General Ledger Software (GLS). It allows users of GLS to define and print customized reports based on user defined formulas. Balances from any balance sheet account (both detail and total accounts) can be used in formulas. Budget Figures, as well as Month-to-Date, Quarter-to-Date, and Year-to-Date balances from income statement accounts (both detail and total accounts) can also be used.

Tabs3 General Ledger Custom Report Writer lets you quickly create the reports you want with the exact information you want. Once a report is defined, you can easily modify it or use it as a basis for a new report definition. Multiple pre-defined definitions make getting started a snap. Report formats are created by using lines of text, formula lines, page break lines, blank lines and underscores. Reports and their definitions can be printed, displayed or saved to a text file, which can be used with your favorite word processing program.
