Once the Internet Explorer toolbar has been installed and Internet Explorer
has been restarted, if the toolbar is still not displayed, it may need to be manually
enabled through Internet Explorer. The method used to manually enable it depends
on whether the Menu bar is available in Internet Explorer.

If the Menu bar is not available, Toolbars
can also be accessed under Tools on the Command Bar in Internet Explorer
8 and 7. If PracticeMaster is not listed or greyed out under Toolbars, you can enable the toolbar
via Manage add-ons under Tools on the Command Bar in Internet
Explorer 9, 8, and 7.
To enable the PracticeMaster Toolbar via Manage Add-ons in Internet Explorer 9:
Note: After installing the PracticeMaster toolbar and opening Internet Explorer 9,
Internet Explorer's Notification Bar displays the message "The 'PracticeMaster' add-on from
'Software Technology, Inc.' is ready for use." and prompts to Enable or Don't
Enable.

If Don't Enable is selected, you must manually enable the
PracticeMaster Toolbar through the View menu as defined above, or through
Manage
add-ons.
-
- Click the Gear icon (Tools) on the Command Bar of Internet Explorer 9 and select Manage add-ons.

- Select PracticeMaster from the list and click Enable.

To enable the PracticeMaster Toolbar via Manage Add-ons in
Internet Explorer 8:

To enable the PracticeMaster Toolbar via Manage Add-ons in Internet Explorer 7:

- Click Tools on the Command Bar in Internet Explorer 7, point to Manage add-ons
and select Enable or Disable Add-ons.

- Two instances of PracticeMaster will be listed; select each one from the list and click Enable
after each selection.
