to existing Case Master data sets. This utility program will automatically
implement the following system file changes for this update:

records in the Journal File.

from 50 characters to 80 characters.

Visual Timer Display
-
This new program shows all timer records in a visual grid similar to the
Daily Calendar thereby allowing you to easily see where overlapping timer
records appear as well as gaps for undocumented time.
Multi-User Functionality
-
Improved multi-user functionality by reducing the number of programs that
require exclusive access to the software. Notable changes include:
The Data
File Integrity Check no longer requires exclusive access.
The STI System
Configuration program can be used at the same time as other software.
Calendar
-
The Calendar program has been enhanced to provide dramatic speed improvements.

faster startup times. You no longer need to specify the number of months
to be stored in the cache.

-
Added the ability to display Reminders on the Event Calendar.

convert the record from a task to an event. You can configure the number
of rows in the All-Day Activities area.
-
Added the ability to specify whether am/pm is displayed following time
fields shown on the Event Calendar. (Previously, this feature was only
available in the Weekly Calendar.)

Enhanced keystroke maneuverability. All keystrokes work the same in all
calendars.
Home: Go to Today
Ctrl+Right-Arrow and Ctrl+Left-Arrow: Go to
next/previous month
Ctrl+PgUp and Ctrl+PgDn: Go to next/previous year
Ctrl+Home
and Ctrl+End: Go to top/end of Work Day
-
Added the ability to highlight a range of time on the Daily Calendar and
press the Insert key or click the Add button to easily create a new calendar
record for that block of time.
-
Added the ability to exclude weekends from the Weekly Calendar. If weekends
are included, added the option to compress the weekends into a single column.
-
The fields displayed for the Weekly Calendar are now the same as the Daily
Calendar. (Previously, Event Calendar records displayed in the Weekly Calendar
were always displayed with the start time first.)
-
Changed the pointers when resizing or moving events in the Event Calendar.
-
The Day of the Week font and the Event Description font are now controlled
by the same font dialog box. Previously, you had to change each font separately.

the grid line style or color, the ability to change the background colors
for Work Time and Off Time, and the ability to resize the time intervals.
