This document provides technical information about how to set up Tabs3 in order to facilitate the export of information to the format required by Henry Ford Health Systems. Please review this document carefully before attempting to export data for Henry Ford Health Systems.

There is a special field required for Henry Ford Health Systems that is not in Tabs3. This field is the Claim Number. The claim number must be stored in miscellaneous line 1 on the Custom Fields tab in the client data entry program of Tabs3. You will have to make sure the claim number is stored in miscellaneous line 1 for all of your Henry Ford Health Systems matters.
